Under Berkeley Capital Group’s ESG Stewardship since 2017, Hyatt Place London City East became a leader in sustainable hospitality. From inception, the project established ambitious yet achievable targets based on industry standards, best practices and alignment with global sustainability goals culminating in the hotel achieving AHEAD 2023 European Sustainability Award and Berkeley Capital Group achieving 2024 GRESB 5 star and Global Sector Leader.
